Felicia founded Felseño Consultancy with a clear purpose: to give ambitious organisations access to the kind of project management expertise that is usually reserved for large corporations with large budgets. The consultancy operates with a deliberately lean model — senior expertise, direct engagement, and genuine care for every client it serves.
With over 15 years of experience, her career has been built on operational delivery and end-to-end expertise. From the earliest stages of scoping and planning through to final handover and close-out, Felicia takes full ownership of the programmes she manages — not just setting the strategy, but doing the operational work that makes it real. The documentation, the coordination, the audit preparation, the stakeholder management. All of it.
Over the years, she has developed a particular strength in long-term client relationships. Her longest engagement spans eight years — one to two significant projects per year, delivered consistently and with the kind of institutional knowledge that only comes from sustained trust. That continuity is something she values deeply, and it shapes how she approaches every new engagement.
The name Felseño carries a Spanish warmth — a nod to tradition, care, and the quiet pride of doing things well.
